In a significant move aimed at strengthening evangelism and expanding its outreach mission, the Knights of St. John International (KSJI) Abuja Grand Commandery has embarked on a strategic partnership with the Good Shepherd Newspaper to promote the spread of the Gospel and deepen engagement with the people of God.

The initiative, described by members of the Order as a major step toward effective faith-based communication, is expected to create a stronger platform for sharing Catholic teachings, moral values, charitable activities, and the spiritual vision of the Church with a wider audience.

Speaking on the development, officials of the Abuja Grand Commandery noted that the partnership aligns with the Order’s commitment to advancing Christian values, supporting evangelization, and contributing positively to society through information, education, and spiritual enlightenment.

According to them, the collaboration with the Good Shepherd Newspaper will help amplify messages of faith, unity, charity, discipline, and service while also providing greater visibility for the humanitarian and community-building efforts of the Order.

The Commandery emphasized that in a time when society faces increasing moral and social challenges, the role of faith-driven media has become more important than ever in guiding people toward truth, hope, and spiritual growth.

The partnership is also expected to encourage greater participation among Catholic faithful, especially young people, by promoting inspiring stories, educational content, and activities that strengthen moral and spiritual values.

Members of the Abuja Grand Commandery expressed optimism that the collaboration would foster a stronger connection between the Church and the wider community while supporting the mission of evangelization entrusted to all Christians.

They further reaffirmed their dedication to working with credible faith-based institutions and media organizations that share the vision of building a more informed, spiritually grounded, and morally upright society.

Observers have described the initiative as a commendable step that reflects the growing commitment of the Knights of St. John International Abuja Grand Commandery to modern and impactful approaches to evangelism and outreach.
